How we are achieving our mission

What it takes to get it done

It is no small feat to move medical supplies from the USA to the front lines in Ukraine, but we are up to the challenge. For the near future we are searching and buying tourniquets and combat gauze. These items are stable, small, and easily packaged for the long trek. Learn more about each step of our process here.

  • We are working to purchase from suppliers across the United States and collect them at our home base. The cost for these items is below:

CAT gen 7 (per unit) $34.95
    QuikClot (per unit) $42.99

(note: due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, the prices for these items have dramatically increased since we first started)

  • Once sorted and accounted for all items will be packaged and shipped on next day air to Poland. Shipping costs will vary but we do our best to maximize each box for shipping.

  • Our shipments will arrive in Warsaw, Poland where Olia will organize and arrange the supplies to be sent directly to Ukrainian military and Territorial Defense Units on the front lines.

  • This war will not last forever and nor will our efforts. That is the goal. Funding that is left over will be donated to humanitarian organizations directly linked to the Ukrainian rebuilding efforts.
